BIRDS' NEST SOUP
Bird nest soup yes, looking at the name something comes to your mind and u wondered if it was really made from birds nest or it was just called that. Nope it's really made from birds' nest But it's some specific birds nest called SALIVA NEST, which are normally harvested from caves.
Hmmm mm the thing that surprised me is that this dish is super expensive in China, and it cost sometimes as much as 10,000 US dollars. Hong Kong and the United States are the largest importers of these nests.In Hong Kong, a bowl of bird's nest soup would cost US$30 to US$100. A kilogram of white nest can cost up to US$2,000, and a kilogram of red nests can cost up to US$10,000.. And you know how much that worths in Naira Palz. What a CRAZY WORLD.
