Naturall Way to make your skin beautiful ,Clean and Healthy

Know your skin type.
Different skin types need different types of care. It's very important to know what type of care you need to pick the best methods for clearing your skin. Here are some different skin types and their descriptions:
  • Oily Skin Oily skin usually looks slippery and shiny and has a greasy texture. This type of skin is prone to acne. Oily skin benefits from periodic herbal steam treatments and clay masks.
  • Normal Skin :This skin type is a gift. Not too oily and not too dry. Normal skin looks consistently plump, moist and vibrant. What a great blessing, but it still requires as much attention as the other skin types. It benefits from regular cleansing, toning and moisturizing.
  • Dry Skin : Dry skin usually has a dull appearance, feels dry and itchy and is sometimes sensitive. Dry skin must be hydrated regularly from the inside (with fresh water) and outside with (mists), as well as moisturized with rich hydrating creams or lotions.
  • Most people have at least two different types of facial skin at any given time. The combination of skin is frequently characterized by an oily “T-zone” area, which covers the forehead, nose and chin. While the skin around the cheeks, eyes and mouth is normal or dry. These different types of skin call for different treatments, so people with combination skin should assess their skin regularly and use different products on different areas of the face.

Ensure a proper, nutritious diet.Eat lots of fruits, nuts, seeds, beans etc. Eating healthy, along with taking in the right vitamins and micro-nutrients can do wonders for your skin. Try going vegan for a week to see what it does for you.
  • Avoid meat, fish, eggs, fried foods, white flour and white sugar products, coffee, tea, soft drinks, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, including contraceptive drugs, and any other stimulating over-the-counter medicines. Anything that is artificial, man-made or processed will be lacking in some way when compared to natural, unprocessed products.

Drink water. Water cleanses your body, helping eliminate toxins. It also hydrates you and rids your skin of dirt and oils. Try to drink half your body weight in ounces.-- For example, if you weigh 100 lbs (45 kg), drink 50 oz (1.5 l) of water each day).

Boko Haram agrees to release schoolgirls, Nigeria says

Nigeria said on Friday it had agreed to a ceasefire with Islamist militants Boko Haram and reached a deal for the release of more than 200 schoolgirls kidnapped by the group six months ago.
There was no immediate confirmation from the rebels, who have wreaked five years of havoc in Africa’s top oil producer and triggered an international outcry by seizing the girls from the northeast town of Chibok in April.

“I wish to inform this audience that a ceasefire agreement has been concluded,” said the head of Nigeria’s military, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, adding the deal had followed three days of talks with the militant sect.
The U.S. State Department said it “could not independently confirm” a deal had been struck between Nigeria and Boko Haram. The United States is among several Western allies helping Nigeria’s military with training and intelligence support to tackle Boko Haram.
But French President François Hollande welcomed the “good news” and told a news conference in Paris that the girls’ release “could happen in the coming hours and days.” France has been involved in negotiations that led to the release of several of its citizens kidnapped by Boko Haram in Cameroon.
Neither Mr. Hollande nor Nigerian government officials gave any details.
Nigerian government spokesman Mike Omeri said the deal covered the release of the captives and Boko Haram had given assurances “that the schoolgirls and all other people in their captivity are all alive and well.”
But a precedent of previous government and military claims about an end to the deadly five-year conflict and the fate of the missing teenagers left many observers cautious.
Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan is expected to declare his bid for re-election in coming weeks, and positive news about the hostages and the violence would likely give him a political boost. He has been pilloried at home and abroad for his slow response to the kidnapping and his inability to quell the violence, the biggest security threat to Africa’s biggest economy.
Apart from one appearance on a Boko Haram video, the Chibok girls have not been seen since the brazen night-time raid on the town near the Cameroon border, although police and a parent said last month that one of the victims had been released.
Boko Haram, whose name roughly translates as “Western education is sinful,” has killed thousands of people in its fight to create an Islamic state in the vast scrubland of Nigeria’s impoverished northeast. A senior Nigerian security source confirmed the existence of talks but said it remained unclear whether Abuja was negotiating with self-proclaimed movement leader Abubakar Shekau, or another faction within the group.
“Commitment among parts of Boko Haram and the military does appear to be genuine. It is worth taking seriously,” the security source told Reuters.
Several rounds of negotiations have been attempted in recent years but they have never achieved a peace deal, partly because the group is believed to be deeply divided.
“There are some talks but it depends on the buy-in of the whole group. I would be surprised if Shekau had suddenly changed his mind and is ready for a ceasefire,” the source added.

Mexico missing students: New mass graves found in Iguala

Four more mass graves have been found near the southern Mexican town of Iguala, where 43 students went missing last month, officials say.
There is no word on the number of the bodies discovered in pits on Thursday.
The discovery came during a huge operation to find the students, who disappeared after clashing with police.
They were last seen being bundled into vehicles. Last week 28 burnt bodies were found in six shallow graves, but have yet not been identified.
Forensic tests are expected to take weeks.
Federal Attorney General Jesus Murillo Kara said the new graves also contained burnt bodies and are in the same area as the first set of graves.
He said the security operation in Iguala, in Guerrero state, had resulted in the arrest of 34 people - mostly local police.
He said a formal search had now been launched for the town Mayor, Jose Luis Abarca Velazquez, as well as his wife and head of security. They went on leave after the clashes and have not appeared.

The students were holding a protest over hiring practices when they clashed with police on 27 September.
A number of theories about the reasons for their disappearance have been put forward.
The students all went to a local teacher training college with a history of left-wing activism, but it is not clear whether they were targeted for their political beliefs.
Some think that they may have angered a local drug gang called Guerreros Unidos by refusing to pay extortion money.
Others believe there may be a link between the students' disappearance and a speech given by the wife of Iguala's mayor on the day of the clashes.
She was speaking to local dignitaries in Iguala on the day the incident occurred and some believe the students may have been targeted because it was feared they could disrupt the event.

Mount Ontake erupts in central Japan

Mount Ontake erupted late Saturday morning, sending a plume of smoke and ash into the sky, the Japan Meteorological Agency reported.
At least three people have been injured, said a task force in Otaki village, just south of the volcano. They have observed 17-20 inches (40-50 centimeters) of volcanic ash covering the ground.
Local authorities said there were roughly 150 hikers in the area at the time, according to the agency, which raised the

The public is advised to not approach the volcano, and police and firefighters have deployed to help hikers near the summit.
About 250 people living near the mountain have decided to remain in their homes, police said.
The volcano last erupted in 2007.
It is located about 155 miles (250 kilometers) west of Tokyo.

Following his successful Hammersmith Apollo gig in 2012, Wizkid took to the stage again to wow his London fans. This time in North Greenwich’s Indigo2.

Smade once again pulled off a one of a kind sold out show. Host, Eddie Kadi kept the crowd laughing as Wizkid fans began to fill the Indigo2 space. Opening act, Sona warmed up the crowd and got them dancing with his breakout hits ‘Ijo Sona’, ‘Omode Yi’ and ‘No Wahala’.

Once the crowd was buzzing it was time for none other than the man the people had all been waiting for to grace the stage. Backed up by The Composers and the D3 Dancers, Wizkid hit the stage with a bang. If there was any question as to what the young superstar was going to perform being that a majority of his hits have come from collaborations over the past year or so, tonight proved that despite this fact the star is a force to be reckoned with.

Wizkid performed a string of his hits from ‘Don’t Dull’, the crowd pleasing ‘No Lele’ and the now classic ‘Tease Me/Bad Guy’, to his latest hits ‘On Top You Matter’ and ‘Jaiye Jaiye’. Wizkid even performed songs from his latest album ‘Ayo’, such as ‘Ojuelegba’ as the crowd sang along to every word.

The show wouldn’t have been complete without his collabos which included ‘Back To The Matter’, ‘Caro’ and ‘Emi Ni Baller’ to which Chidinma,  Maleek Berry and L.A.X respectively joined Wizkid on stage to screams and cheers from the crowd.

Also in attendance tonight were some of the UK’s very own shining stars such as Tinie Tempah, Tinchy Stryder, DJ Abrantee and Krept and Konan who joined Wizkid on stage to close out the show with his mega hit single ‘Show You The Money’ as Wizkid so generously sprayed the crowd with $100 bills.

All in all, it was a night not to have been missed. Wizkid showed London that he has come a mighty long way from his ‘Holla at your Boy’ days. Despite the fact that he missed out some hits during the show, with three costume changes and a catalogue of music that had the crowd dancing from beginning to end, it was easy to forget the songs that weren’t performed.

Other Yoruba gods sango Ogun Irunmole........

Ogun / Ògún   Òrìṣà of iron and metallurgy.

Yemoja / Yemọja        Mother of Waters, Nurturer of Water Resources. Wife of the former Oba of Oyo called Ṣàngó (sometimes pronounced Shango; another Yòrùbá Òrìṣà, see below) According to Olorishas, she is the amniotic fluid in the womb of the pregnant woman, as well as the breasts which nurture. She is considered the protective energy of the feminine force.

Oshun / Ọ̀ṣun  A second wife of the former Oba of Oyo called Ṣàngó (another Yoruba Òrìṣà, see below), she is said to have turned into a river in Osogbo. The Yòrùbá clerics ascribed to her Sensuality, Beauty and Gracefulness, symbolizing both their people's search for clarity and a flowing motion. She is associated with several powers, including abilities to heal with cool water, induction of fertility and the control of the feminine essence. Women appeal to her for child-bearing and for the alleviation of female disorders. The Yòrùbá traditions describe her as being fond of babies and her intervention is sought if a baby becomes ill. Ọ̀ṣun is also known for her love of honey.

Shango / Ṣàngó           Associated with Virility, Masculinity, Fire, Lightning, Stones, Warriors and Magnetism. He is said to have the abilities to transform base substances into those that are pure and valuable. He was the Oba of Oyo at some point in its history. He derived his nickname Oba Koso from the tales of his immortality. Ṣàngó is the Òrìṣà of the thunderbolt, said to have ruled in ancient times over the kingdom of Oyo. Also known as Jakuta (Stone Thrower) and as Oba Koso (The King Does Not Hang).

Oya / Ọya        The third wife of the former Oba of Oyo called Ṣàngó (another Yoruba Òrìṣà, see above), she is said to have turned into the River Niger. She is often described as the Tempest, Guardian of the Cemetery, Winds of Change, Storms and Progression. Due to her personal power, she is usually depicted as being in the company of her husband Ṣàngó. Òrìṣà of rebirth.

Irúnmọlẹ̀

Irúnmọlẹ̀ are entities sent by the Supreme (Olódùmarè) to complete given tasks, often acting as liaisons between Orun (the invisible realm) and Aiye (the physical realm). Irúnmọlẹ̀(s) can best be described as ranking divinities; whereby such divinities are regarded as the principal Òrìṣàs.

The Yoruba believe in Àtúnwá, reincarnation within the family. The names Babatunde (father returns), Yetunde (Mother returns), Babatunji (Father wakes once again) and Sotunde (The wise man returns) all offer vivid evidence of the Ifa concept of familial or lineal rebirth. There is no simple guarantee that your grandfather or great uncle will "come back" in the birth of your child, however.

Whenever the time arrives for a spirit to return to Earth (otherwise known as The Marketplace) through the conception of a new life in the direct bloodline of the family, one of the component entities of a person's being returns, while the other remains in Heaven (Ikole Orun). The spirit that returns does so in the form of a Guardian Ori. One's Guardian Ori, which is represented and contained in the crown of the head, represents not only the spirit and energy of one's previous blood relative, but the accumulated wisdom he or she has acquired through a myriad of lifetimes. This is not to be confused with ones spiritual Ori, which contains personal destiny, but instead refers to the coming back to The Marketplace of one's personal blood Ori through one's new life and experiences. The Primary Ancestor (which should be identified in your Itefa) becomes  if you are aware and work with that specific energy  a guide for the individual throughout their lifetime. At the end of that life they return to their identical spirit self and merge into one, taking the additional knowledge gained from their experience with the individual as a form of payment.

Meaning of Èsù / Èṣù

Èsù / Èṣù

Often ill-translated as "The Devil" or "The Evil Being", Èṣù is in truth neither of these. Best referred to as "The Trickster", he deals a hand of misfortune to those that do not offer tribute or are deemed to be spiritual novices. Also regarded as the "divine messenger", a prime negotiator between negative and positive forces in the body and an enforcer of the "law of being". He is said to assist in enhancing the power derived from herbal medicines.

Èṣù is the Òrìṣà of chance, accident and unpredictability. Because he is Olorun's linguist and the master of languages, Èṣù is responsible for carrying messages and sacrifices from humans to the Sky God. Also known for his phallic powers and exploits. Èṣù is said to lurk at gateways, on the highways and at the crossroads, where he introduces chance and accident into the lives of humans. Known by a variety of names, including Elegbara.
